In Control Youth Media Program Enters 10th Year at RCTV

ROCHESTER, NY -- The InControl after school media program kicked off its 10th year at RCTV this November. The program, which is run in partnership with Planned Parenthood, builds communication, media, and leadership skills through radio and television production.

InC Power Hour is a for-teens-by-teens media program that specializes in shedding light on local teen issues and solutions. Participants develop and produce public service announcements, a live weekly radio show, and various scripted series for television.

Past iterations of the program have taken up issues including mental health, how to level up in academics through extra-curriculars, as well as music and fashion.
